Thalos is one of the leaders of the 7th legion. He's the one behind all relating to the halcyons' gardening and wellfare operation, as well as logistics and resource gathering.
Thalos is settled in the center of the green line, on a world terraformed by the legion. The planet's ecosystem, is a paradise, of temperature weather. The planet, itself, is only able to bear plant life - at least, until Thalos, and a halcyon settlement, called it home.
Unlike the three main Seraphs of the 7th legion, Thalos is the eldest - at an age of 700. While most halcyons can live to be 1500, and even further, not many reach this age through their original body - and not many grow old enough to grow horns.
Thalos is a genius when it comes to energy and matter economy. He manages the 7th legion's supply lines in an... unpredictable manner. His mining operations, and ressource transports, are all drone operated.
Thalos's ressource gathering is an aggressive one - stripmining asteroid belts, moons and dead, barren worlds in the most resource and energy efficient manners available.
While Thalos's main task is feeding the 7th legion's matter and energy economy with raw materials, Thalos has another set of tasks to look over. One of them is the caretaking of evolving organisms, ecosystems, and societies, as well as the aid given to other nations - and managing the ones received.
Thalos doesn't have much experience in the field, however. And is a rather... bored individual. He does his task dutifully, as per halcyon culture... But wishes for other things.
