Forgotten Underground Pass

An old, forgotten tunnel. Deep underground, a new start.
In between two conflicts, and two eras. Long forgotten, deep down. A vault found, never opened.
A sealed box, which could change the world, for better or worst.
A monster, deep down, forgotten and cold.
Mountains of gold, and knowledge deemed impossible.

This is the entrance to a halcyon's vault. Will you dare it? Will you brave it's dangers? The cave smells of the foul stench of rotten dead. The ground cold and hard to breath. Yet the vault door so warm and welcoming. The light next to it the only one working in this tunnel, which spends for kilometers down. The pillars beaten and broken. The supports bent and weak.
