Carnage seraph is one of the 12 seraph, the halcyon's leaders. Unlike the others, Carnage Seraph does not follow any rules.
He is the founder of the halcyon's warknights and techpriests.
He is very fast, has access to shadow magic, and is surprisingly strong for its frame (2 M). He can easily tip a M1 Abraham tank, and outrun a cheatah. Add to this shadow magic, advanced path calculation, 12000 years of combat experience and a hate towards the unjust.
Unlike other naive halcyons, carnage is very, very dangerous to deal with.
