Brute

Brute, or Dyrneth as the Hykath call it as, is a 4 meter tall unit designed for heavy duty encounters, excellent against cover, armor and unarmored and even shields. Not to mention its armaments, 2 particle beamers with high rate of fire. They are surprisingly cheap to make out in the battlefield, requiring the engineers of the Hykath to use a captured soldier or even one of their own and infect with a compound, creating this bulky simple minded, easy to control monster, not even considered one of the Hykath, simply a pawn of destruction for their own means. Made simply to deal with kill squads and elite units to prevent them reaching objectives, they can consume enemy infantry to 'heal' in their twisted organic regenerating way, they can have extra armor slapped onto them so long as it is resource effecient to the Hykath themselves, they can also serve as reinforcements or as support units either way, resistant and endurant, able to get inside smaller buildings by crawling within, certainly not to be taken lightly at all, lest death awaits those that underestimate them.
