Abilities:
Mental matter control: Athena only has one ability: A very powerful psychic control mind. She can fuse material together, and even rearange ressources into building things, effectively allowing Athena to create whatever she pleases without any energy spent. She cannot affect minds, however, and cannot alter/affect organic bodies directly.
She can stop bullets, distort energy beams and even generate explosions. Although she prefers to mold materials into beautiful structures and machines which help people and getting people out of hospitals, instead of putting people in hospitals. It is believed she could even change a person's specie if she wanted mentally, but only is unable to alter organics by choice.

Bio: One of the "8" ceruleans, Athena is by far both the strongest, and the weakest. Athena has the mind of a 19 year old at times. Athena's psychic abilities are extremely developed, developed enough to actually warp and shape the things beside her, and even, in some noted cases, "create" things.
Unlike the more common cerulean which have mechanical, or partially mechanical shells - but Athena, from the start, had a fully organic body. Athena was the last cerulean built, where the most advanced psychic and organic technologies available to the high templars was put into. Athena loves to read and learn things. She is very artistic and studious.
Athena's skin is warm, very soft. Athena, in combat, wears her armor. In all cases, she prefers to wear her mask, and a hood in many cases.
